Kentucky Colonel is 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian.
Colonel's sire is Snowmass Rembrant and his dam is a true
black Chilean Import.
Colonel is
a cute male with a correct conformation
and nice disposition. His fleece
is a solid, rich, cinnamon color with a very soft
handle.
At this
time, Colonel is being offered at a reduced price as a pet
quality fiber animal (nonbreeder). We do not currently
need his genetics in our breeding program and we find him to
be a little small compared to other equivalent males in our
program. Because of his smaller size, for a new alpaca
owner or a fiber farmer, he would be easy to handle - or he
would even be a great 4-H prospect.
He has been
started under halter and is microchipped.
